Payment Method
We accept the following methods of payment: Direct Deposit into
our Bank Account, Business Cheque or Cash (all cheque payments require
3 business days to clear prior to shipment)
Shipping & Handling
Australian Trailers p/l customers are welcome to arrange
their own shipping, ex Mordialloc (please ensure our office is notified
of when your transport will be picking up your delivery) Prior to
dispatch the customer will be provided with details of delivery
including invoice and estimated delivery time.
All deliveries are c.o.d. only or payment beforehand.
Products Warranty
Our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty (3
months commercial use) for faulty workmanship or manufacturing faults
except 2nd hand rims & tyres.The warranty is null and void if
the items are used outside the parameters that they are specifically
designed for or have endured misuse by the customer as determined
by Australian Trailers pty.ltd
Warranty is not transferable. Customers are responsible for retaining
invoices for warranty purposes. Invoices must be original copies
and show date of purchase. Authorisation in writing must be obtained
from Australian Trailers p/l before any work is carried out.
TRAILERS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR FACTORY AT MORDIALLOC , AT CUSTOMERS
EXPENSE, FOR ANY WARRANTY WORK TO BE DONE.
Warranty is void under the following circumstances: misuse, damage
occurred during transit after initial delivery or storage, and when
there has been an attempt to modify or repair the items by a non-authorized
person/agent, and but not limited to normal wear and tear.
Images
Props & accessories shown in the website are not included. The
product photo images included on this site are to provide a guide
only. Lighting conditions when the items were photographed varies
considerable any may result in images that are not truth colour,
individual computer display setting may also affect the colour of
images being viewed. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if
there is a difference of the colour of the products compare to the
photos on this site.
Return Policy
AUSTRALIAN TRAILERS P/L endeavours to supply the highest quality
goods and service. We only accept returns in exceptional circumstances.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Items returned must be in the condition it/they were sent out and
should not have been used or worn. Please send items back via recorded
delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Australian Trailers
p/l cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Return items to our factory is at the customers expense.
AUTHORISATION IN WRITING MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO RETURN OF GOODS.
Pricing and Product
Availability We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors
in pricing and product information. If such mistakes occur, we reserve
the right to correct them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause.
Disclaimer
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item(s)
details are unintentional. AUSTRALIAN TRAILERS P/L shall not be
held responsible for delays caused by third party involvement, which
includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by suppliers, bank
administration, carriers used for delivery purposes or website/email
hosting services used by our company.
Australian Trailers p/l or its agents shall not under any circumstances
be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out
of or related to the use, or the inability to use the goods advertised
on our website, whether goods are defective, malfunctioning or incorrectly
used. This limitation of liability included but is not limited to
incidental, special or consequential damages, damages for loss of
business or other profits or damages relating to an “Act of God”.
We reserve the right to change or add any material relating to our
products without prior notice.
